Time for new beginnings and looking forward to what lies ahead! It's a cold beginning here in North Idaho with lots of snow and the memory of a White Christmas, no dreaming was necessary this time. It has been awhile since I have shared here and miss it. It is about 3 1/2 years since my thyroid removal due to undiagnosed thyroid disease for 50 years of my life. It took a few years to correct extremely low energy levels, brain fog, and then begin to catch up on life again outside this box, in the real world. I have learned so much more about my condition and willl be sharing throughout the year to try to help others who may be walking through similar situations. For today here are a few practical tips I have learned...
May your year be filled with much love and hope!
- Always cling to Jesus
- Never give up hope in Him
- Do your own research when it comes to your health (even though the doctors tell you to take an active roll in your health, many don't really like you to question them, but do it anyway. The good ones won't mind.)
- When others offer to help you, accept it.
- If others don't offer to help, reach out and ask.
- Life is short, enjoy time with your loved ones.
- Keep records of your health and life so that future generations will be able to glean from you.
- There is always something more you can learn
May your year be filled with much love and hope!
