Wednesday, May 4th from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm will be the instructional portion.
Saturday, May 7th from 9:00 am to noon will be a hands on portion of Canning fruit and jam
Saturday, May 14th from 9:00 to noon will be a hands on portion of Pickling and Fermenting foods.
