It has been a few years since I have taught a canning class, but since there is some renewed interest, and my health is better, it will be fun to share these skills once more. I will hosting a class in our local area, and here are some of the initial details with more to follow.....
Wednesday, May 4th from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm will be the instructional portion.
Saturday, May 7th from 9:00 am to noon will be a hands on portion of Canning fruit and jam
Saturday, May 14th from 9:00 to noon will be a hands on portion of Pickling and Fermenting foods.
This class is being held at Coeur d' Alene Bible Church
