I have been culturing some Kefir and it has been doing well. Just an update and reviews on the Keifer:
Dear Husband will drink the Kefir!!! That is a big deal! I've added just a tablespoon of brown sugar to a quart of Kefir and dear Husband says it takes the bitterness away. Now, I don't think the original is bitter at all, but if he will drink it with just a bit of brown sugar then I will use it!
I am excited to be able to add the Kefir making to the workshops that I plan on doing this summer.
Off to enjoy some more summer sun in the backyard pulling weeds!
